The following handbook of policies, architectural and landscaping standards, rules and regulations and covenants has been approved by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Landsdowne Community Association (the “Association”). These standards and rules should be looked upon as protective rather than restrictive because they are designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals living in homes within the Association by protecting the property values and safety of all residents and owners.
