Reminder: Trash Pick Up
Posted on Mar 11th, 2016
Trash Cannot be put out any earlier than 6pm the night before a the pickup day.

Residents, we are noticing trash being placed on curbs outside of the appropriate times.  Particularly with the RODENT ABATEMENT PROCESS still in effect, it is imperative to properly dispose of trash.  Also, items such as furniture, appliances, tires, etc., which are deemed “special pickup” should NOT be placed with regular trash.

All Trash has to be in the large containers provided to every home from the trash company, any trash that is only bagged and left out and creates a mess (like aminals getting to it), the owner will be responsible.

Weekly Trash Pick Up Schedule
  • Monday, Regular bulk household trash. and yard waste (including grass clippings and other yard debris).
  • Thursday, Regular bulk household trash; and commingled recycling. Cardboard is designated as a recycled material and will only be taken on recycling day.

Posted on Jan 4th, 2016

We know our community lights have issues, from time to time.  We depend on your letting us know the basic information so we can get this fixed quickly.  Street lights in the townhome area are the responsibility of the Landsdowne Community Association.  Street lights in the single family homes belong to Dominion Power.

If you notice a light problem, please let us know.  Click here for the simple form to get this to our management company for repair through one of our electrical contractors.

Thank You!
