The committee prepares a candidate application form to be filled out by potential candidates so they could provide information about themselves to be shared with the community prior to the election.

The Nominations Committee is gearing up for our next annual meeting, which will take place on Saturday, September 16th, at 11:00am at the Island Creek Elementary school cafeteria.
The purposes of the Annual Meeting are to elect five (5) people to the Association’s Board of Directors, share information of general interest to the membership, and ask and answer questions. The Annual Meeting is also a great opportunity for you to meet your neighbors, the Officers and Members of the Board of Directors, and representatives of FirstService Residential. Three of the seats are three-year terms, one is for a two-year term, and one is for a one-year term. Board terms will be determined based on the number of votes each candidate receives unless an individual requests, prior to the vote, to only be considered for a specific term.
