If you are an email user experiencing issues with not receiving emails please follow the following steps.
Note: The same principles apply to most email providers, please try similar steps.

1. Log into your Gmail account
2. Click the GEAR ICON on the top right of the screen.
3. Click SEE ALL SETTINGS
4. Click the FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES tab at the top of the page.
5. Under "The Following filters are applied to all incoming mail" click CREATE A NEW FILTER.
6. In the HAS THE WORDS fields, TYPE "Landsdowne" without the " marks.
7. Click CREATE FILTER.
8. On the pop-up screen, click the box next to NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM (A check mark will appear in the box)
9. Click CREATE FILTER.
10. Your new filter will now be listed under "The Following filters are applied to all incoming mail" on the page.
