What Would You Do?

This time of year is always stressful when the holidays approach -- and word of a new budget, usually with an associated dues increase comes in the mail. Yes -- it's the best of times -- it's the worst of times.
We know everyone is watching their finances -- and extra expense is hard on us all. We would really like to know -- what would you do to right here at home to help raise the money we need to keep our community whole -- if not through an increase in dues? What would you add or subtract from services and amenities to keep costs down?

I would cut the trash pickup to one day a week, most people only put trash out one day anyways
