Landsdowne Community Association uses the services of a professional management company, Armstrong Management Services. Questions or problems are solved first by the management agent, then by the Landsdowne Community Association board of directors. Armstrong Management Services, Inc. put together a team to act as our management agent. They should be contacted if you have any immediate complaints or concerns. Please understand that individual members of the board of directors do not have the power or authority to resolve or address your concerns. While our board of directors meets monthly, Armstrong Management Services is "on the job" for our community five days a week. In September 2005, the Landsdowne Community Board of Directors authorized an on-site property manager. Until the Board of Directors authorized this change, an Armstrong Management employee served as the Landsdowne property manager, but was also the property manager of other communities. Landsdowne's current property manager, who is a part-time Armstrong Management employee, lives in Landsdowne and does not work at other properties.
