2008 Governing Documents

  • Annual Meeting Notice - May 3, 2008 (Manny Ovalle, President)

  • Landsdowne Association Proxy

  • Recreation Pass Applications
Photo Information:  Any photo is fine (original or scanned copy) ... as long as it clearly shows a face.   The approximate cropped size is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.  If you have an oversized one, we can crop it for you.  Background in the photo is fine.  No inconvenience is meant or intended.  The decision was made to attach photos this year to try to cut down on people passing along their passes to non-residents, etc.  It is a learn by doing year and so far we have received few, if any, complaints.  Further, the new system is designed to cut down on costs associated with producing passes for those who do not wish them -- a cost of approximately $2,000 last year.

Pass pickup will be May 21st or Opening Weekend -- May 24, 25 or 26 at the pool.

NEW GROUPS FORMING

Are you looking for fun ways to spend some time with your neighbors? Do you want to meet and perhaps form new friendships?  If so, have we got a deal for you.  New Groups are forming now.

For information on the groups, or to start your own, please let us know here.  We will add your ideas and interests to the website ...for now ... How about joining the following:

"Dinner Group" - Do you enjoy food, making new friends, and good, interesting conversation?  If so, this may be the group for you.  Presently, we meet twice per month to try a new restaurant, enjoy a new wine, or to share our culinary skills and tips with others.  Want to help plan a block party or tailgate event? Open to any who wish to have fun.  Please join us.

"The Gardens of Landsdowne."  Do you have gardening skills or want to learn more?  Do you have plants or advice to share?  Do you have tips about what grows, how to design a garden, provide structure?  Do you love digging the dirt (or sharing ":the dirt" with new friends)?  Would you like to help plan a "gardens of Landsdowne tour?"  If this is you, please join us. Cindi Potter

"The Stuff of Landsdowne."
Do you have good "stuff?"  "Stuff" you have outgrown, no longer want that still has worth?  If so, please join our group ... matching "pre loved" stuff with new homes.  Our landfills are full enough ... let's fine new ways to share our "stuff."  Please contact Cindi for additional details.
