FROM THE PRESIDENT:

It is a pleasure to serve as the 2007/08 President of the Landsdowne Community Association. What a year it has been so far.  

At the May Annual Meeting we welcomed Pat Matzdorff and Dennis Bennett as two new BOD members. They each bring unique skills and perspectives to what is already an extremely dynamic, involved, energetic Board.  

This is an exciting time for Landsdowne.  Have you had a chance to stop by the pool?  If not, it is a remodel in progress.  Look’n good—no make that great--comes to mind.

The Special Events Committee has been actively planning many fun events to appeal to all ages and interests.  Please check the website frequently.  Enjoy these opportunities to come out and meet your neighbors while also enjoying a great time.

A Reserve Study of all community hardscape and grounds has been completed.  As a result you will see several changes in the neighborhoods we all call home.  Landscape enhancements are being completed now.  Tennis court repairs will be completed shortly, as well as asphalt patching on several Landsdowne roadways.

If you want to know how your money is being spent, as well as the issues facing us all, please plan on attending the monthly HOA/BOD meetings.  September 13^th and October 11^th are the next dates.
