Return to List Private Events and Activities in Landsdowne

Spring, and warmer weather, will soon be here. It will be time to plan events, parties and other activities that will keep us outdoors. A quick reminder:
- Common ground and Landsdowne facilities belong to the entire community. As such, if you are planning events that will impact our streets, facilities or common ground areas, you must notify the Landsdowne Board and/or Armstrong Management and receive permission for use prior to your event.
- Also, just because permission is granted for use of a common area -- you are not permitted to refuse access or pass through rights to other Landsdowne residents.
- Community-wide sanctioned events will always take precedence over private common ground usage.
- Planting or building on common ground always requires approval by the ARB and/or Landscaping Committees.
