Many of you know our marquees as the "message boards" located at the View and Morning View entrances to Landsdowne.  The use of these for short, personal notes commemorating events of importance to our residents has become commonplace since 2005.  Yes, we are an "all about you" community.  Landsdowne is only as good as the wonderful people who call it home.  We are fortunate to have over 2,000 of you!  We love to sing your praises.  

 

Do you have a special remembrance, a birthday, anniversary, wedding proposal -- something that is special to you and to your family?  Are you welcoming a visiting friend or relative to Landsdowne?  Do you want to celebrate a birth?  The passing of a loved one? Your imagination is the limit.  These community marquees are a way to let everyone know what's going on in your life.  These are also for non-commercial notifcations only!. 

 

Community news and events will always take priority.  Other than those times, we are happy to share the boards to announce your special days, family events, and to sing your praises.  All we ask, for this free service, is please take a photo and send us a copy. (.jpg format, please).  We would love to post your photos here on our website. 

 

Posting requests are taken up to one year in advance.   This is a very popular, fun system -- so please do not wait until the day before or the day of a special rembrance -- odds are the date may already be taken.
