July 4th Fireworks

Update (7/5/2010): We have received many questions concerning what types of fireworks and displays are allowed in Landsdowne. The Landsdowne Board is taking under advisement all questions and complaints received and will make a determination shortly. For now, here is a link to the Fairfax County regulation concerning the use of fireworks in the County.

Armstrong Management is pleased to announce they will begin accepting credit cards and echecks for association dues. Please read the full story.
Note: If you presently are signed up to use Direct Debit for your payments, in order to use PayLease, you must first cancel the Direct Debit. In the event you wish to use Direct Debit at some point in the future, you would need to reapply for the Direct Debit service.

Cirque de Soleil is unbelievable -- a circus that is not a circus. We are considering purchasing a block of tickets to attend a performance in late September or early October.
