IS HERE!
 Our
swimming pool is now open daily for your enjoyment. For everyone's
safety, please obey all posted and published rules, and all
requests from the lifeguards. By the way, due to the overwhelming
popularity last year, we will once again have "Doggie
Swim" on the closing weekend. Why pay hundreds to schlep down
to Florida to swim with the dolphins? You can swim the "man's
best friends" free, right here in your own community pool.
Detail will be posted in the pool lobby area toward the end of the
season.

SPEEDY
REMINDER
Please obey the 25 MPH speed limit on our streets, and
driver slower in townhouse parking area. Kids and pets can dart
out suddenly, and slower speeds allow you to react quickly and
avoid the unthinkable.
